Willow Starcom specialise in providing on-site maintenance and support services for a wide variety of enterprise hardware and infrastructure products. These include a wide range of servers, tape drives and tape libraries, DAS, NAS and SAN storage arrays and ISCSI and fibre channel infrastructure products, and we are recognised within the industry for our service expertise in these areas.
We work closely with manufactures such as ADIC, Brocade, Dot Hill, Dell/Equallogic, EMC, HP, IBM, Overland Data, QLogic and Tandberg Data.
Willow Starcom provides various Service Level Agreements to meet your requirements and budget, from our standard Monday to Friday, 09.00 to 17.30 cover all the way up to 24 hours a day, 365 days a year 2 hours response and fix cover.
We also work with our channel partners which means they can incorporate our products and services into their own service portfolio to provide their customers with a total solution. This has allowed many of our third party partners to increase their product/geographic coverage and to win support in areas of business previously untapped.
