STAR Server Monitor is a pro-active automated service that monitors critical parts of your IT infrastructure, including server performance, internet connection, bandwidth usage, backup jobs, SNMP devices and RAID devices.

Utilising enterprise class architecture, STAR Server Monitor, constantly runs multiple checks and tests and as soon as a failure or potential failure is detected the software launches a set of corrective actions aimed at restoring the system to full working order.

The system is overseen by the Willow Starcom Support Team and all activity is recorded and displayed on our real time Event Management Panels. We are immediately informed of all actions via email and we constantly analyse the system data taking any further action we deem necessary.

Our Service is fully managed so you don’t need to be involved as STAR Server Monitor protects your system. However, for the IT savvy customer, we can give you access to our Client Portal. The Client Portal lets you view key information about your software licenses, serial numbers, hardware specifications, inventory reports, current systems status and much more.
