At the Extraordinary General Meeting of Access Intelligence Plc held today, all the resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.

Michael Jackson will be appointed at Executive Chairman and David Lowe as Non Executive Director subsequent to the completion of the share subscription. These changes are anticipated to take effect from Monday 27th October 2008.
