IT Call Management  

Our Call Control Centre is located at our Head Office in Chorley, Lancashire.The Centre has a number of functions but is primarily focused with the rapid deployment of field-service engineers to site within the given SLA (Service Level Agreement).  

Our Call Control staff utilise a Call Management system which allows us to log ,track, prioritise and report on each and every individual call.The system facilitates a centrally coordinated response and ensures an efficient, seamless service.  

The Call Control facility also provides a Help Desk Support service where our technicians offer technical advice prior to deploying an engineer.In many cases faults can be rectified at an early stage.
